Overview
The School of Nursing at SLEC Campus is committed to nurturing compassionate and competent healthcare professionals through a strong foundation of theoretical knowledge and extensive practical training. Our nationally accredited programs follow NVQ standards, preparing students for careers in hospitals, elderly care centers, rehabilitation facilities, and home-based care, both locally and abroad.
At SLEC, students experience hands-on training under the guidance of qualified professionals in real-life scenarios, ensuring they develop critical caregiving skills, professional ethics, and confidence to handle challenging healthcare environments.
Programs Offered
Nursing Assistant – NVQ Level 3 & 4
Prepares students to assist registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing basic patient care in hospitals and clinical settings.
Entry Requirements
- Age 17 or above
- Minimum GCE O/L qualification (local or equivalent)
- Passion for healthcare and a strong sense of empathy
- Basic English proficiency (recommended)
